Born Vanessa. Goes by Nessa, Nessie or Nice. The first time a friend of mine called me (or should we say screamed?) Nice in the middle of the school I couldn't help but wonder who in the world would keep shouting the name of a french city. Turns out, he was calling me. I got stuck with it since then. I'm named after the british actress, Vanessa Redgrave which proves my theory of being film-related since the day entered this universe. Eighteen years of bursting out laughing in the dead silence for apparently no reason. Portuguese and brunette. I adore the word catharsis.

» I loved you past the point of dying
I had forgotten how good it felt to be on vacations without both my parents at home. Eventhough they wake me up at the time they leave home (which sucks), I have all the time to myself. There's no pression on doing the house tasks (yes, whenever I'm alone my inner housewife comes out). I do everything by my own time and magically things get perfectly done at the end. It's good to be on vacations, but the things is: I'M NOT COMPLETELY ON VACATIONS! D: I still have two national exams to do this week. Why do they like to do exams? I'm so against them, really. It's not an exam that should prove if we are good at something or not. We may know everything on the book, but then when we get the chance to show what we know, we get all nervous and can't answer a single thing. It's not that we don't know!! Their rules of what should be done or not are the ones that freak us out! Oh yes, they love to torture teenagers. To stop this omg! I hate exams - thing, I'm going to take this little "quiz" that my sister offered to give me. She chose seven of the zillions of my interests and now I need to explain what they mean and why I'm so interested in them. ♥ Nestle This has nothing to do with chocolate, well not directly. Nestle is one of the many good memories I have from Lena-Olin Forum. There was one day that Arianna decided to start nicknaming all the people who was online. Since I was one of them, she gave me that name. I asked her why did she choose Nestle and she told me that it was cute and it reminded her of me. SHE'S ADORABLE! <3 ♥ Lena Olin OMG! I could spend days talking about this woman. I've tried so hard to explain why she means the world to me, but words create boundaries to me and I'm not able to express what I really feel about her. Lena has been with me for years, I simply didn't know it was her. Every movie I watched with her, the character she played was my favourite, but who was the actress? I had no idea. I admire Lena from the bottom of my heart; I love her to pieces. She's the only actress that makes me cry when she cries, makes me giggle when she giggles, be angry when she gets angry. I love her from the way she acts on screen to the way she acts on real life; from her hair to her eyes; from her hands to her temple veins; from the way she cries to the way she laughs; from the minutes she's talking with her accent to the minutes she's quite and just staring. She's too important. She's in my cellphone, on my iPod, on my television; she's in my walls, in my bedroom, at my home; she's on my pens, in my books, at my school. She's everywhere I go, because I carry her with me all the time. Lena makes me believe that dreams come true, we just have to work hard to accomplish them. She once said that she had no idea why she had so many fans ( specially when she started playing Irina Derevko on ALIAS ). At that exactly moment I wanted to scream and shout all the reasons that were running through my mind, but words aren't enough to characterize the person who is your role model in life. She may not be perfect, but for me she is. P.P.S.: You don't want to be around me on the theatre watching a BIGSCREEN!LENA, either! :DDD I knew this one would be big! x) LMAO! You had to choose this one, didn't you? XD I have no idea why I have this little "vice", let's put it this way. The only thing I know is that they're everywhere at my house. I have cows on my bed, on my pillows, on my pajamas, on my mugs and on my shelves. They are just this cute animal! :3 ♥ Accents Another one I was almost sure you would pick. Don't you find accents so seductive? Hell, I love them! If a person has some kind of an accent from anywhere, I swear she/he has me hanging onto her/his every word. Accents attract me, it's simple. Oh, and I love to guess from where the people are. I tend to get it right, just listening to their accent. :D ♥ Bon Jovi I've been listening to Bon Jovi since the day I was born. It's the kind of rock I truly like. The music, the lyrics and specially Jon's voice. I think, Bon Jovi can be the only band I really like all members. There are a lot of bands I like just the vocalist or the guitarrist, however with this one I like them all. They can play a solo and I will die with every single one. Not to mention that Jon Bon Jovi is really HOT! *-* Reba is one of the celebrities that was a thing of the moment, I realize now. Of course, I still like her music. In fact she is the only country singer I really like, however I don't see her as an important person, like Lena Olin. But hey! She has an accent, which means, she can talk, talk, talk and sing, sing, sing because I won't get tired of her. She also sings one of my favourite songs: Fancy, which I first heard from Megan Mullally's mouth. ♥ The Interpreter Oh Gods! I'm so addicted to this movie! x) It's an ordinary movie, with no kissy scenes between Sean and Nicole. There's nothing like that on the movie, so hold your horses. x) The story itself is good, the movie itself is good. The reason why I love it? The title says it all. Nicole Kidman plays an interpreter who works in the UN. I have always admired those people, and secrectly I have always wanted to work on something like that (remember that I love accents?). To work with so many languages and realize the amount of languages you can speak must be amazing. It' not a big thing, I know, but for me would be awesome. THE END.
